Taiwanese Spring Onion Pancake

Ingredients

Wheaten Flour , Water, Palm Oil , Soy Bean Oil , Green Onion, Salt , Sugar , Flavor Enhancer (E621) , Baking Powder  (E500, E450, Corn Starch, E341, E170, E330), White Pepper , Sesame.

Method 1: Air Fryer
Spray both sides with oil and cook at 160°C for 6 minutes. Flip, spray again, and cook at 180°C for another 5 minutes.

Method 2: Pan Fry
Add a small amount of oil to a frying pan and pan-fry both sides until golden brown and crispy. Ready to serve.
