料理方式

1. 料理烹調：油炸、爐烤或是氣炸

油炸

油溫達攝氏 140-150 度，油炸約 3-4 分鐘至表面金黃即可。

爐烤或氣炸

加熱前需充分退冰。退冰後放入開始烹煮，烤箱 200 度 15 分鐘。或是，氣炸鍋 180 度 7 分鐘，直至表皮酥脆。

2. 擺盤出餐

可搭配蔥末、蒜末或依個人喜好搭配食用。
