料理方式

1. 料理烹調: 爐烤或鍋煎

爐烤

將烤箱預熱至 200 ℃，並持續翻烤 15-20 分鐘即可擺盤出餐。

鍋煎

在平底鍋放入少許油，並持續煎 5-10 分鐘即可出餐。

2. 擺盤出餐

可搭配蒜片或依個人喜好搭配食用。

Made with natural pork casings.
