E102 E129}, Taiwan shaohsing wine (rice, wheat , water)(2.5%), salt,  spice powder (cassia bark, anise, fennel, chilli, orange peel ( contains sulphites ), emulsifier: E452(i), E450(v), garlic powder, white pepper, curing agent (salt, preservative: E250, E252, E1400), cinnamon powder, antioxidant: E316, flavour enhancer (maltodextrin, salt, sucrose, yeast extract, hydrated soy protein, mushroom extract, cabbage extract). Made with natural pork casings.
